Brochure design and creative copy for high quality office lettings in the Castlefield area of Manchester. From the early 1990’s, Castlefield Estates have converted the Castlefield area into a premium area for business. The play on layout and the strong contrast between the use of black & white and colour helped give this brochure the contemporary feel that was required.
